My favorite part about my SPENGA experience has been becoming more motivated to exercise because Spenga makes it FUN. The instructors at SPENGA are amazing and ensure it’s a high energy, positive experience!

REP REP REP! I love going to the 45 minute REP sessions SPENGA Mokena offers.

 

How has SPENGA impacted you outside of the studio?

 

SPENGA has impacted my life outside of the studio because I feel way more confident and strong. I’ve been able to see and feel how mentally and physically stronger I’ve gotten since starting at SPENGA.

 

Describe how the SPENGA WERKOUT makes you feel?

 

The SPENGA workout makes me feel strong, empowered, and excited to do it again the next day. I always come out of a session in a better mood!

 

Where can we find you around town when you aren’t at SPENGA?

 

When I am not in SPENGA I love to spend time with my family, go to the city, go for walks on local trails, and travel.

 

What is your favorite restaurant in Mokena/Frankfort/New Lenox?

 

One of my favorite restaurants is Fat Rosies in Dowtown Frankfort.

 

What is your favorite healthy meal or cocktail and where can we find it?

 

One of my favorite skinny drinks is a Skinny Strawberry Mule! (Ask for Diet Ginger Ale rather than Ginger Beer) from 3 Corners!

 

Best piece of advice you can give to someone just starting out their fitness journey.

 

The best piece of advice I can give someone just starting their workout journey is to stick with it! It’s extremely challenging at first but it gets easier and you start to love the way it makes you feel! It’s not about quick results, it’s about how you are going to feel in the long run. It about discipline and being uncomfortable because through discomfort we create a comfortable life.
