How long have you been a member of SPENGA?
I have been a member since June, 2019!
What do you love about SPENGA?
Definitely the people! SPENGA has the best instructors filled with strong and positive women. Each instructor brings different energy and teaching styles!
What initially drew you to SPENGA?
SPENGA was different than any other gym I had joined in the past. It seemed challenging yet fun at the same time and I loved the idea of having an instructor!
How has SPENGA impacted you outside of the studio?
As an ICU nurse, I am constantly on my feet and met with physically demanding tasks. SPENGA has changed my endurance and my energy level! I feel so much stronger and don’t feel physically tired after a long shift.
Describe how the SPENGA WERKOUT makes you feel?
SPENGA leaves me feeling stress-free and super energetic!
What is your favorite local restaurant?
Fat Rosie’s in downtown Frankfort! Tacos are my weakness.
What is your favorite healthy meal or cocktail?
Anything with mezcal or tequila!
Best piece of advice you can give to someone just starting out their fitness journey.
Don’t do it to lose weight, do it to better your life physically, mentally, and spiritually!
