• How long have you been at SPENGA or working at SPENGA?


I started werking out at SPENGA about two years ago. All it took was one session and I was hooked. I loved the studio, crew, and atmosphere so much that I started working the front desk a few months ago too.


• What do you love about WERKING at SPENGA?


I love the amazing instructors who are so motivating, the awesome music, and the different workouts each day. I also love how uplifting and positive everyone here is. It really is the best community!


• Fess up, RIDE, REP, or REVIVE? Which is your fav?


Definitely RIDE. It wakes me up, gets my heart pumping and sets the tone for the rest of my werkout. Not to mention, it kicks my butt each and every time.


• What made you get involved in fitness?


I was looking for a healthier overall lifestyle. Working out has become such an important part of my life. It’s the best way for me to challenge myself and show up for myself each and every day.


• Where can we find you when you are not at SPENGA? You can find me spending time with my family at home and working as a graphic designer/interior designer!


• What is your fav go to snack/meal after a SPENGA werkout?


I love a good protein shake after my SPENGA workout. My go to shake is usually any of the OWYN ready to drink protein shakes. They’re 100% plant based and taste so good!


• What song get’s you hyped?


There’s nothin like some good throwbacks to get you hyped up and ready to crush your workout. And of course, any song by Pitbull is sure to amp me up too.
