How long have you been a member of SPENGA?
I’ve been a member since June 2021!
What do you love about SPENGA?
Although I love the different workouts, I love the people even more! The instructors really get to know you and the community is amazing!
What initially drew you to SPENGA?
The workout format initially drew me to SPENGA. I really like that you get a well-rounded workout in just 60 minutes!
How has SPENGA impacted you outside of the studio?
I’m sure my friends and family are tired of me talking and posting about my SPENGA workouts! But going to SPENGA has made me feel a lot more confident and continuing to workout throughout my pregnancy has helped me feel like a normal person and not a blob.
Describe how the SPENGA WERKOUT makes you feel?
Finishing a SPENGA workout always makes me feel accomplished and powerful. I leave the studio ready to conquer the day or take a nap, depending upon when I take a session!
What is your favorite local restaurant?
I have lots of local favorites, but I love Cultivate in Frankfort and Zap Taco House in Mokena!
What is your favorite healthy meal or cocktail?
My favorite healthy meal is homemade pesto pizza with mozzarella and tomatoes or cauliflower tacos with avocado crema!
Best piece of advice you can give to someone just starting out their fitness journey.
Just start! There’s no better time to start your fitness journey than today! SPENGA is such a supportive, non-judgmental environment that will support and challenge you at any fitness level.
